We often live without thinking that our behavior is explosive. In most cases, we think we are right, and what is worse is that most of the time we lose reason because of our aggressive behavior. We are capable of ruining our lives and those of others by fighting over a parking space, for example, as if it were our property.
Self-control is the key to avoiding acting in a manner which you will later have to repent.
The moment to change your life has come
You have to take control of your actions and not let your anger dominate you. You have to think about the state that you get in when you lose control. Think that you can enjoy a game of your favorite team without insulting your friends, spoiling the party, yelling at your children or your wife, or even physically assaulting someone.
Now is the time for apologizing and to start making changes to this behavior:
1) Identify what makes you angry and why. This will allow you
to act before you react with anger.
2) Think twice before answering. Sometimes, it is better to say nothing. It is better to smile, change the subject, and, if the environment is unbearable, leave or step out a moment to take a breath.
