Cover your mouth with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing, and toss it in a garbage bin with a lid.

  • Wash your hands frequently. Ideally after touching any surface.
  • Do not touch your face; unless you have just washed them.
  • Avoid any greetings that involves kissing, handshaking, or hugging.
  • Maintain a social distance of 2 meters or 6 feet from others.
  • Avoid public enclosed spaces such as elevators, trains, and taxis.
  • Remain at home and self-quarantine, and help break the virus’ cycle of infection.

    If you feel any symptoms:
  • Remain at home in a room that is isolated from the rest of the family.
  • Do not share anything with others (food, drinks, etc).
  • Do not touch any pets.
  • Do not use the same bathroom as the rest of the family.
  • Make an appointment to see your doctor via phone, and explain your symptoms so that the physician can help you make the best choices, so that no one else becomes infected.
  • You must remain in quarantine until you are discharged by your doctor.
