How to live with Diabetes

Oftentimes, we don’t think we’ll fall victim to diseases like diabetes, especially when there is no  occurrence of it in our family history. Today lifestyle also plays ​a big role in developing this type of disease. If you crave sweets and delicious chocolate chip cookies  and experience dry mouth at night,

it’s a warning that these symptoms should be taken into account and sugar levels should be checked.

Common symptoms are
• Desire to urinate frequently     
• Extreme hunger
• Extreme thirst or dry mouth     
• FatigueH Weight loss     
• Extreme irritability

In cases of more severe diabetes
• Recurrent infections of the skin, gums or bladder
• Blurred vision
• Cuts / bruises that do not heal easily
• Tingling or cramping in the hands or feet

​Exercise and diabetes
Exercise plays a positive role in controlling diabetes. Playing sports along with a healthy diet and a treatment tailored to the individual is currently recommended. All exercise is beneficial, especially those workouts that exhaust us, such as cycling, running, swimming, aerobics, weightlifting, yoga and so on.
